Have you ever eaten a corporate lunch at a gas station?

Today I did. In Texas. Where else??? Me and my Texan men that are running a project well over $10M. Dining at the gas station.

Rudy's is well worth the stop people, well worth it. No slim jim's, slurpees, or rotating hot dogs. Only real BBQ served on paper towels with killer Texan decor. My favorite part is that everyone in my office was willing to drive a solid 20 minutes and take over a 2 hour lunch to come. For the record, we did have a productive meeting and made blog memories.
