ADVENTURE 19

If anyone's on the hunt for the best retail tortilla chips on the market, read this post. Hands down, the best. CK Woolley LeSueur and I discovered them earlier this year and haven't really been the same since. If you're ready to have your lives changed and make the purchase, please, please, read the front of the bag and make sure it says "Sea Salt". The unsalted variety really shouldn't be sold (not that I have strong opinions).

I was in Whole Foods (a Texas based company thank you very much) earlier this week and low and behold, what do I see? These babies.

Shocked to see them here, I turn the bag around to see where they're made picturing Chula Vista or National City or another Tijuana bordering California city. And then I read,

"IRVING, TEXAS".

My chances of Texan survival just escalated. And if for whatever reason I don't make it, I'm going out eating these chips. With CK. And we will now always give the credit to Texas.
