ADVENTURE 33

It's hard to resist posting beautiful things, especially when they're edible and generously shared with you by Australian men. Turns out they do exist in Houston, not sure how rednecks lured them away for the outback and opera house, but they're here boots and all. This gorgeous dessert is called Pavlova, named after the Russian ballerina, Anna Pavlova. It is a meringue dessert with a crisp crust and soft, light inside. It's eaten all year round in New Zealand and Australia. Anyone considering moving?

  1. I love Pavlova, the dessert and the ballerina. I always wanted to be her.
